We offer mindfulness meditation practice every week on Tuesday at 6:30pm.
These one hour sessions are a great opportunity to learn how to meditate if you are completely new, or to practice as an experienced meditator, and connect with others in the meditation community.
Occasionally, Peace of Mindful holds other meditation related events, including community meals, Christian worship services incorporating meditation, meditation and prayer vigils, and community service opportunities.
